Consultation Bookings
At Tuesday Skin Studio consultations are free. Consultation appointment slots are standalone appointments (usually 30 minutes) in which the client and the therapist/clinician discuss treatment but none is carried out. Alternatively, if you know what you want you can select a consult+ treatment appointment which requires a deposit (redeemable on said treatment or transferable to a credit on your file)
Refusal of Treatment
At Tuesday Skin Studio we reserve the right to refuse treatment where our clinicians deem it inappropriate for any reason and the clinicians’ decision is final in this regard.
Please note that we do not provide treatments for anyone aged 18 years and under, even with parents/guardians consent. We refuse the right to treat any clients that are not deemed competent to adhere to appropriate prepping and compliance of aftercare instructions for these treatments.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Tuesday Skin, we value your time and ours. Despite our big baddie status, we’re still a small business with a waitlist of clients wanting appointments — so we kindly ask that you respect the following policy.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice of appointment cancellation or rescheduling (for both treatment and consultation appointment slots). Up to 48 hours before you can manage your appointment online via the link in confirmation email or logging in via our home web page “manage your booking”. Anything after 48 hours please call, txt or email (in that order of importance) DO NOT message us on social media.
We reserve the right to retain the deposit paid for appointments where less than 48 hours notice of cancellation has been given, or if you simply do not attend your appointment.
Treatment Appointment Bookings
Our deposit amount varies dependant upon the value of the service you are booking as can be paid via debit/credit card via our online booking system at the point of booking. You can see an indication of our deposit amounts below;
Less than $250: payment in full is required
Tox & hair removal services: $50 deposit
$251 and $600: $150 deposit
$601 - $1,000: $250 deposit
$1,001 and more: $350 deposit
Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service at your appointment.
If you wish to book a future appointment, a new deposit will be required at the time of booking.
All deposits are fully refundable when sufficient notice is provided, in line with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in forfeiture of up to 100% of your deposit.
Cancellations for a Monday are to be made on the Friday prior to your scheduled appointment.
Appointment Reminders
To give you plenty of time to manage your booking:
A reminder email is sent 5 days prior to your appointment, including a link to easily reschedule your appointment online.
A reminder text is sent 72 hours prior to your appointment.
These reminders are designed to help you make changes before the 48-hour window, giving us enough notice to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist.
No-Shows
We value your time and reserve your appointment exclusively for you. A no-show or no contact means we are unable to offer that time to another client.
No-shows may also result in loss of deposit and/or future booking restrictions.
Aglow Memberships no show
For all Aglow Membership appointments, your treatment time is reserved exclusively for you. In the event of a no-show or no contact, the scheduled treatment may be forfeited from your membership.
This policy is in place because a no-show does not allow us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to other clients on our waitlist.

Complaints
At Tuesday Skin Studio we take pride in the quality of services and as such will try to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.
Complaints about any aspect of Tuesday Skin Studio should be made in writing by emailing hello@tuesdayskin.com complaints received will be acknowledged by return email within one week of receipt.
Children
Tuesday Skin Studio has not been designed with children in mind, we would prefer that you do not bring children to your appointment. However, if it cannot be avoided, please bring another responsible adult along with you to look after any children aged 12 or under.
Children are not allowed in clinic rooms at all, this is to ensure the safety of your child, you and the clinician. Children cannot be left alone in any other areas of the clinic. Thank you for understanding.
