Review Cancellation Policy

Please make sure you are aware of our cancellation policy as we have a strict 72-hour cancellation and reschedule policy.

Clients who reschedule or cancel outside of the 72-hour window can request a refund of their deposit or use it toward a future booking. Cancellations or changes made within the 72-hour window will forfeit 100% of their deposit and may be charged for the full treatment. No-shows will be charged in full and may be blacklisted from future bookings. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late risk their appointment being cancelled and charged the full fee.

Despite our big baddie status we are still a small biz and have a waitlist of people wanting appointments. A 72-hour notice period gives us plenty of time to offer your spot to someone else.


  • It's best to stop using any active ingredients a few days before a treatment to reduce the possibility of any irritation. Some examples of active ingredients include: retinol/vitamin A, exfoliating acids (AHA / BHA), hydroquinone or Rx topicals. 

  • Shaving
    Before your laser hair removal treatment, avoid all hair removal methods, except shaving. For best results, try to shave at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid irritation.

    Tanning
    Avoid fake tan, sun exposure and check any current oral or topical medication for heat sensitivity.
